At GlowTCG, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds as outlined below.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or handling issues, please contact us at support@glowtcg.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
To request a cancellation, email support@glowtcg.com with your order details. Please include "CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]" in the subject line for faster processing.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically process within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Important Exception:
Some items—particularly pre-orders or time-sensitive products—may be marked “Cancellation Not Permitted” in the product description. For these specific listings, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of order status. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
