Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out to us at info@glowtcg.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged packaging and items
We will review your case and work with you to make things right.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
To request a cancellation, contact us at info@glowtcg.com with your order details. Please ensure the subject line reads: "CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]" to expedite your request.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
We ensure every package is carefully packed to protect your items during transit.
Pre-Order and Back-Order Policy
- When ordering pre-order or back-order items, all items in your cart will be shipped together with the pre-order or back-order item.
- For example: If your pre-order item is scheduled to ship in 1 month, all other items in your cart (even if in stock) will ship with the pre-order item.
- If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
- Estimated shipping dates for pre-order and back-order items will be displayed at checkout, but these dates are subject to change based on manufacturer availability or delays.
